Sammi's Signature Acai Bowl

Acai Bowls are the perfect healthy snack and easy to make at home!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Acai Pack (usually frozen)
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries 
  • 1/3 Cup of Milk or Orange Juice
  • 1/2 A Fresh Mango 
  • 5 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
  • 6 Fresh Sliced Strawberries
  • 1/2 Fresh Sliced Banana
  • 5 Tbsp. Crushed Chocolate 

Directions:

  1. In a blender, mix the acai pack, banana, blueberries, and mango.
  2. Slowly mix in the milk or orange juice to smooth out the blending  
  3. Once smooth, pour into a bowl
  4. Put the chocolate into a zip lock bag and crush against a hard surface
  5. Add the coconut, strawberries, bananas, and chocolate on the top
  6. Enjoy!

If you don't finish your bowl, throw it in the fridge, but I don't recommend freezing it. Mix up your acai bowl by adding different toppings and fruits like granola or blueberries!
